“From start to finish everything was spot on. I got picked up on time. There was no delays in transportation. Loved that the group fell in line. It is a LONG drive almost three hours. As soon as got out the car we were greeted by breakfast which is included. Then to the board. Please note that the group is split according to language spoken. “Horrible experience from beginning to end. I originally booked a non-private tour for five people. A few days prior to our scheduled tour, Nelson from Guate Tours, messaged me asking if I wanted to switch to a private tour at an extra $25 per person. Nelson advised he already had 15 people signed up for the non-private tour and we could tailor our tour accordingly. I agreed since we would be able to switch pick up time from 6:00 am to 8:00 am. The additional $125 payment had to be in cash. We were picked up at our Airbnb at 8:00 am. This was the only thing that went right.…”

“We signed up for a Private Tour thinking it would just be our family. We had private transportation from Antigua but then were in a group of 16 mostly Spanish speakers. The guide did each little talk in Spanish then English but we weren't able to bond with others due to the language barrier. The guide didn't share a ton of information and the tour was very regimented with very little free time. One of the reasons we opted for what we thought was a private tour was to move at our own pace and so the kids felt comfortable asking questions. The tour said it would pick us up…”
